This story is on the Jill and Steve Tappert's ultimately successful effort to force Anthem Blue cross blue shield to pay for treatment for their daughter who has autism. The arbitration ruling against Anthem has broader implications as insurance companies, school and public programs like Medicaid try to sort through emerging and often questionable therapies for children caught up in the growing epidemic of autism.
