The European Commission, Ukraine and the Russian Federation will meet this afternoon in Brussels for political-level consultations on the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, signed on 27 June. This follows President Barroso's discussions with President Poroshenko and President Putin mid-June.
