MANILA, METRO MANILA, PHILIPPINES - 2015/08/28: Filipino migrant workers hold slogans as they protest the planned government revenue raising worth P600 million from balikbayan boxes during a rally at Mendiola bridge in Manila, Philippines. Philippine President Benigno S. Aquino III earlier bucked plans to randomly inspect balikbayan boxes after social media erupted in outrage. The Bureau of Custom plans to raise revenue worth P600 million next year from taxing balikbayan boxes.
