Motorcycle Taxis Fill The Busy Streets Of Kigali

Boda-boda dominate the roads in Kigali, a city build on a serise of hills and valleys. Many drivers pay dues and belong to co-operatives which represent their interests with local and central government agencies. As motorcycles cost more than 1.3 million Rwandan Francs (or about $1900 US), many riders pay a weekly fee of about $40 US to the bike owners and keep whatever they make beyond that amount.
