Taken in the early summer on a stroll in the historic city centre of Lisbon, the picture of the shiny and bright portuguese flag was flying against a cloudless blue sky. The scene was taken from the Praca do Municipio, or simply Municipal Square, with the flag flying high over the Court of Appeal, which is a historic building and national monument.
