Al Qaeda Prisoners Displayed

398811 21: Afghan soldiers display foreign prisoners from the Al Qaeda bases in the Tora Bora region to the public following their capture in the last twenty-four hours, December 17, 2001 in Agom, Afghanistan. The ten foreign-born prisoners (either Saudi, Egyptian, Yemeni, Somali and Chechen) are part of a group of 22 Al Qaeda fighters brought down from the mountainous area after close to three weeks of intense fighting and heavy US bombardment.
