Vlad, an adept of America's "paleo diet," or simply "the caveman lifestyle," follows a diet based on what Stone Age cavemen could find in nature 10,000 years ago. Modern cavemen also exercise using their natural environment. The modern Stone Age lifestyle prioritizes a diet of seasonal fruit, lean or raw meat, fish and very little intake of processed food, sugar, grain and a fitness program that mimic the exertions of hunting -- or being hunted -- using what their natural surrounding provide as fitness apparatus instead of Today's emphasis on endurance running or building muscles in the gym.
