University President S.I. Hayakawa Addressing Media

Dr. S.I. Hayakawa, president of San Francisco State University, addresses the press to discuss how African American students have taken unauthorized control of the school's new Black Studies program. Hayakawa claimed that students forced teachers out of their classrooms and took over classes for unauthorized rallies in protest of the ousting of department head Nathan Hare (R), whom the students proclaimed their department head in exile.
