Jerry Holt • Jgholt@startribune.com St. Paul 09/16/10: Lenny Anderson feels the city inspectors in St. Paul went too far when they ruled his large, heavily wooded property a nuisance property because of the two boats, jet ski, trucks and miscellaneous items in the backyard. A neighbor had complained, and the city began trying to get Anderson to clean up his property in 2009. A year after much back and forth and non-compliance, city workers showed up early this month and smashed and trashed many of his and his friend's belongings, including a camper, two boats and a jet ski.
