Canadian Foreign Minister Peter MacKay said Monday he would tell Pakistan Prime Minister Pervez Musharraf that the mining of the border with Afghanistan was unacceptable. MacKay is due in Islamabad Tuesday after wrapping an overnight trip to Afghanistan amid growing discord between the neighbours about Pakistan's plan, which it says is intended to check the movement of Taliban insurgents.
