FAIRPLAY,COLORADO,AUGUST 26,2003- Simon Sue (not pictured) is inside the Park County Courthouse being sentenced in Fairplay, Colorado while people involved in the case meet in the parking lot. Murdered were Carl and Joanna Dutcher and their grandson Tony Dutcher <cq> . Charles Dutcher (center), son and father (father of Tony) of the victims hugs Rob and Donna Grimes, parents of Isaac Grimes. Isaac Grimes, now 18, was one of the murderers and was recently sentenced after he plea bargained. On the far right is Rhonda Dutcher, wife of Charles (not mother of Tony). They had all left the courtroom because Simon Sue's defense witnesses were speaking badly of Isaac and Tony. Simon Sue also plea bargained when he was accused of master minding the murders.
