Gothic cathedral in Ely, Cambridgeshire - Fotografia de stock

The present Ely Cathedral is one one the larger ones in Cambridgeshire. Constructed between 1083 and 1375, it started in Romenesque style and finished in Gothic. Its name comes from St. Etheldreda, who founded the first church on the site in the 7th century.
