Provided vehicle description and suspect description. driving silver toyota prius. dont recall exact tag but it was stolen. came back to older model lincoln. not asssigned to prius. I pull out and several miles later conduct traffic stop on vehicle. vehicle didnt pull over immediately. shortly after activated lights me and other units boxed in to pull off interstate. approached vehicle. get mr scandirito in handcuffs. once out of prius pat him down and detain him. read miranda rights. wishes to speak 9:49:30 (Footage by Law&Crime via Getty Images)
