Glastonbury Tor is a prominent hill overlooking the Isle of Avalon, Glastonbury and the Somerset Levels in the English county of Somerset, topped by a roofless St. Michael's Church Tower, a Grade 1 listed building. The Tor is mentioned in Celtic mythology, particularly in myths linked to King Arthur, and has several other mythological and spiritual associations. It is one of the most famous landmarks in Somerset, if not the whole of the West Country of England and is regarded as one of the most mysterious and spiritual places in the UK.
