(Original Caption) Abner "Longey" Zwillman, a Dutch Shultz ally, who is very rarely photographed, is pictured at Federal Courthouse in New York, where he refused to answer questions before the Federal Grand Jury. He appeared before the special jury investigating the harboring of Federal fugitives and particularly the whereabouts of Louis Lepke Buchalter. It was learned that Federal Judge Johnson J. Hayes had ordered him to answer the questions.
