People evacuated from a building at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, after possible shots fired were reportedly heard in an adjacent building on January 26, 2016 in San Diego, California. An "active shooter" was reported at a San Diego military hospital January 26, but an initial sweep of the building in southern California found no evidence a shooting had occurred, officials said.
