(Original Caption) Teamster's President James R. Hoffa (R) and Harold J. Gibbons, Executive Vice President of the Teamster's Union shown as they leave the Federal Court House today. Hoffa had just heard that Federal Judge Alexander Holtzoff rule that an $18 million dollar dues increase approved by the Teamster's convention last July was legal and should be allowed to take effect next January 1, 1962. The judge rejected a protest that the $1-a-month dues hike for each of the union's estimated 1.5 million members was imposed in violation of the Landrum-Griffin law.
