Development Plans Are Given The Go-Ahead For The Forth Bridge

EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND - FEBRUARY 19: Traffic passes across the Forth Road Bridge on February 19, 2007. Officially opened in 1964 by Queen Elizabeth II, the suspension bridge spans the Firth of Forth and connects the cities of Edinburgh and Fife. Currently an average of 70,000 vehicles pass over it each day.
