'The Queen' film premiere: arrivals and interviews; Back view of John Hurt with female posing for photocall then along to press / Sylvia Syms as next to John Hurt talking to press (not heard) / Sylvia Syms along to John Hurt then back to press Sylvia Syms (actress who plays, Queen Mother) interview SOT- My perception of the Royal family didn't change / In the summer they go to this extraoridnary place called Balmoral, which is beautiful, it's like another kingdom / This is the man (director, Stephen Frears) I've been trying to get off with for years (PAN to Frears) / It just made me think she is a very great Queen and god help us when she goes / Helen (Mirren) became something remarkable, she's divine to work with, I don't have to say that, I'm far too old to flatter people, she's lovely and it's one of the most remarkable performances I've ever seen / We were all trying not to act in the film, it's more like seeing a documentary, none of us were being flashSyms talking to press SOT- Anything to do with the Royal family is going to be controversial / Nobody can say that the Queen doesn't emerge with great dignityand Tony Blair looks quite good too
